Empowering independence through personalized care
Gracefully Meek Home Care LLC is a locally owned and operated, licensed Nurse Registry. We conduct our operations in alignment with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards governing nurse registry and referral services.
As a nurse registry, we facilitate introductions between individuals seeking in-home care and independently practicing caregivers, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Companions, and Homemakers. Clients retain full choice and control in selecting caregivers and directing the services provided in their homes.
To support informed client choice, the registry performs objective, legally permitted screening activities—such as credential verification and background checks, including FBI screenings—before caregivers are eligible to receive referrals through the registry. Care services are provided directly by independent caregivers, in the comfort of the client’s home, under terms agreed upon between the client and the caregiver.
