As a CNA/HHA with Gracefully Meek Home Care LLC, you receive:

  • Competitive Starting Pay ($17.00 per hour)
  • Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients
  • Direct deposit 
  • Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

Qualifications for this position: 

  • Willingness to Work Weekends
  • Valid CNA License/ HHA Certificate
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation with Car Insurance
  • Current Level 2 Background Check or the ability to obtain one
  • Drug Screen
  • Verified to work in the United States
  • Employee Health Statement
  • Evidence of a One-Time HIV/Aids Training
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Medication Tech Certification- Optional 
  • Resume
  • Liability Insurance

$15.00 per hour

Pre-Registration Questionaire

* Health Statement: Prior to contact with patients or clients, each independent contractor referred for client care must furnish to the registry a statement from a health care professional licensed under chapters 458 or 459, F.S., a physician's assistant, or an advanced practice registered nurse or a registered nurse licensed under chapter 464, F.S., under the supervision of a licensed physician, or acting pursuant to an established protocol signed by a licensed physician, dated within the last six months, that the contractor is free from communicable diseases. *CNA & Home Health Aide - Current CPR certification from an instructor or training provider that is approved to provide training by the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, or the Health and Safety Institute. * Medication Administration – MED-TECH Must be able to provide proof of certification A training certificate for at least 2 hours of training from a post-secondary educational institution approved by the Florida Department of Education *Evidence of HIV Training: Proof of completion of a continuing educational course on modes of transmission, infection control procedures, clinical management, and prevention of human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome with an emphasis on appropriate behavior and attitude change. Such instruction shall include information on current Florida law and its effect on testing, confidentiality of test results, and treatment of patients and any protocols and procedures applicable to human immunodeficiency virus counseling and testing, reporting, offering HIV testing to pregnant women, and partner notification issues pursuant to ss. 381.004 and 384.25. (Note: this is a one-time only course)
