Home Care Packages

Sunrise Package

Start Your day with less stress and worry

Rise and Shine! The Sunrise Package is a care package that consists of 6 hours, starting at 8 am and ending at 2 pm. The Sunrise package will assist your loved ones with their morning routine. We all have routines for personal care and activities of daily living. The Sunrise package is available Monday through Friday.

Morning routines remain very important. As we get older even getting out of bed in the morning may pose a challenge for an aging individual, during post-op recovery, or for individuals who may be disabled. Some people who are recovering from an illness or accident may not have the energy to care for themselves. The Sunrise package can be temporary or longterm.

  • Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and  toileting (ADL’s)
  • Breakfast meal preparation / Preparation of  lunch and dinner
  • Medication Reminders
  • Light Housekeeping (Changing of linens, laundry, vacuuming)
  • If able, engage in physical activity or exercise routine
  • Encourage cognitive stimulation to keep brain healthy
